His career took off when he joined Regency Real Estate Brokers, rapidly advancing to become a key figure in establishing it as the premier selling office in Orange County, California. Chad's entrepreneurial spirit led him to join forces with Harcourts Prime Properties in Monarch Beach, where he now leads a team of fifty skilled agents.

     

    His expertise covers a broad geographic area from Santa Barbara to the border with Mexico and the Palm Springs area. Under Chad's leadership, his team has excelled due to his focus on building strong relationships and enhancing the client experience, demonstrating his philosophy that success in real estate comes from outstanding service.

     

    In addition to his management roles, he is deeply involved in training the agents at Harcourts Prime Properties, sharing his extensive knowledge to enhance their careers significantly. Among his numerous accomplishments is creating the Green Group with his business partners and co-founders Justin Green and Bill Pasqualino. This group consistently ranks in the top 1% of agents nationally, showcasing Chad's ability to lead and innovate.

     

    2022 marked his expansion into Columbia, South Carolina, with the founding of Harcourts Carolinas, tapping into one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the United States. This strategic expansion is part of Chad's broader vision to influence and capitalize on new markets, further evidenced by his investment in several local development projects.

     

    Chad Widtfeldt has successfully overseen the sales of over 1,000 homes, accumulating sales upwards of $1 billion, highlighting his proficiency and dedication to his clients. His collaboration with Harcourts Auctions has introduced an alternative and effective auction-based platform for property sales across North America, enhancing his service offerings.

     

    Beyond his professional life, Chad is committed to charitable work. He has supported the Southern California Golden Retriever Rescue for over thirteen years. He and his partner, Justin Green, are also involved in various other charitable endeavors, including Angel Flight and Laura's House, emphasizing their commitment to giving back to the community.

     

    In his personal life, Chad enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Laura, and their children, Peyton and Hudson, in Rancho Mission Viejo. They are active in their community and enjoy outdoor activities. An enthusiastic marathon runner, Chad is also working on a book detailing his marathon experiences across the globe.
